It was a fun night for New Orleans Pelicans fans and Basketball viewers alike. In a game that saw NOLA topple the Brooklyn Nets 128-113, many takeaways came into fruition; New Orleans has now won three straight, Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins posted a combined 60 points, 25 boards, seven assists and seven blocks, etc. But perhaps the biggest takeaway from last nights contest is Rajon Rondo’s end-of-game total of 25 assists. With this, the 31-year old joins prestigious company.
When the Pelicans inked Rondo to a one-year, $3.3 million contract, mixed opinions surfaced.
