Davis has averaged 29.4 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists over his last five games while DeMarcus Cousins has averaged 30.5 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 3.5 assists. They are both playing to the peak of their abilities, while their teammates have failed to pick up slack.
The Pelicans have eight losses in their past nine games, while the Kings have seven. Despite Davis and DeMarcus giving it their all, both big men have to be frustrated at the lack of results coming from their All-NBA level play.
