Bucks (2-2), Pelicans (0-4)
New Orleans’ offense kicked into gear at times Tuesday, after it had been a struggle for just about everyone besides Anthony Davis and Tim Frazier in the first three games. Unfortunately for the Pelicans, their defense couldn’t adequately slow down visiting Milwaukee, allowing the Bucks to shoot 48 percent from the field. Milwaukee posted a 33-27 edge in the fourth quarter, erasing a small deficit to earn its first road victory of the season. The Pelicans hurt their cause by missing five free throws in the final period. New Orleans fell in the first game of a back-to-back set that concludes Wednesday in Memphis’ FedEx Forum.
