MILWAUKEE – For nearly three quarters Saturday, New Orleans played Milwaukee evenly in an interconference matchup of two playoff teams from last spring. The final quarter-plus was a much different story. After the Pelicans pulled into a 71-all deadlock with three minutes to go in the third stanza, the Bucks quickly surged to a double-figure advantage and posted a comfortable victory. For a third straight game on its road trip, New Orleans was competitive but ultimately didn’t have enough to prevail. The Pelicans were burned by turnovers, committing 16 against a Bucks team that converted those into 17 points.
