CLEVELAND – For a fairly lengthy stretch early in 2016-17, New Orleans was ranked second-to-last in the NBA in three-point percentage, ahead of only Chicago, which remains by far the league’s worst team from beyond the arc. In recent weeks, however, the Pelicans have steadily climbed the category, entering Monday at 20th (34.6 percent).
