MINNEAPOLIS – New Orleans seemed to have settled in a bit with a downsized starting lineup that included Terrence Jones for each of the past five games, but the Pelicans (20-33) may be forced to do some shuffling Friday, when they begin a potentially pivotal four-game road trip. There also could be reconfiguration in store on the bench, because a key reserve also showed up on this morning’s injury report as doubtful.
Jones (right thumb sprain) joined Tyreke Evans (left ankle sprain) as questionable to play against Minnesota, while important second-unit guard E’Twaun Moore was a new name on the injury report, listed as doubtful for personal reasons.
