Pelicans handle the Timberwolves

It took the Pelicans awhile to find any semblance of a groove, but when they did in the 2nd quarter, the game kind of shifted into cruise control. New Orleans never did anything too special; they just maintained a double digit lead throughout the rest of the game. However, because the lead was just 12 midway through the 4th quarter, Monty decided to go with the starting lineup to finish the game.

Good move.

Only three Pelicans finished in double figures: Anthony Davis, Tyreke Evans and Eric Gordon. Jrue Holiday was held out for precautionary reasons and Ryan Anderson was sadly missing in action again.
