During NBA Summer League 2017, Diallo looked very different from the player who played for the Pelicans during the regular season.
The 6-9, 220-pound forward played spectacular in summer league action, recording nearly 19 points and 10 rebounds and earning him an All-NBA Summer League second team selection.
