The Pelicans put together a good two-way performance, cleaning up a bewildered Dallas team for their first win of the season.
Anthony Davis didn't return after the half with a right hip contusion, allowing Ryan Anderson to get more playing time. Anderson piled up 25 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, dished out two assists and got two steals to go with it.
