The New Orleans Pelicans, and the entire NBA at large, have a boatload of cap space to wheel and deal with during the NBA free agency period. Rumors have begun to swirl around the league as a whole, but the Pelicans, as usual, have been fairly tightlipped.
With few concrete ideas to launch off of, the Pelican Debrief Podcast crew threw their own ideas out there for discussion. Rick Stone (@RickStoneNBA) and Nathan Heck (@NathanHeck22) laid out their ideal strategy for the team to take for the remainder of the offseason.
With neither writer being particularly bullish on the free agency class, the pair agreed on the general direction the team should take during the next couple of weeks.
