Pacers forward Paul George bruised his right leg during Indiana's 92-84 win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday night.
The Pacers originally listed George's return as questionable, but the three-time All-Star did not return to action.
Pacers coach Frank Vogel said after the game that George was day to day and called the injury a lower leg contusion.
"He's moving around," Vogel said. "He'll be ok."
George left the court with under 5 minutes to play in the third quarter. He said after the game that he "just got kneed" and hoped it was "nothing serious.
