With just days until the official star t of the 2015-16 NBA season, the New Orleans Pelicans needed to get the number of players on their roster down from 17 to 15 or under, meaning that at least two more players needed to be cut. On Saturday afternoon, New Orleans reportedly decided to move on from three, bringing the total number of players on the roster down to 14.
Of the three only Dejean-Jones comes as much of a surprise.
