It has been about six months since the New Orleans Pelicans 2014-2015 season ended at the hands of the Golden State Warriors. Much has happened in that time from former head coach Monty Williams being fired despite the playoff berth to players like Omer Asik, Dante Cunningham and Alexis Ajinca reaching long-term contracts with the Pelicans in free agency.
Since then, there has been a bunch of discussing, and at times more accurately arguing, about what the Pelicans are going to be going forward, who should stay as long-term members of the team and what the ceiling of this iteration of the roster is.
