From time-to-time ESPN’s NBA department releases a batch of “future power rankings” a ranking that takes into account a bunch of different factors and tries to determine which NBA teams are best set for the future. While the rankings don’t actually mean anything, it is fun to follow and the most recent edition dropped on Wednesday with the New Orleans Pelicans finishing in 12th place.
