As of last Wednesday the New Orleans Pelicans regular season schedule was available to the public and something that generated plenty of discussion around the internet. Now six days later the much less heralded preseason schedule has been announced and it includes some interesting locations as the team will be putting the final touches on their quest to be ready for the opening night tilt in Golden State.
The most notable aspect of the Pelicans preseason schedule is that the team will play in the Smoothie King Center only one time, in their final preseason game on October 23 against the Miami Heat.
