Throughout the prototypical plays portion of the New Orleans Pelicans rank project, we have seen offensive moments. From Eric Gordon and Quincy Pondexter knocking down threes to Alonzo Gee running around grabbing rebounds and putting them back, only Dante Cunningham has had a defensive moment.
That changes today as it Jrue Holiday comes up in the rotation. That isn’t to say that Holiday isn’t good on offense, as he absolutely is. That offensive production comes from Holiday’s great understanding of how and where the defense is supposed to be at all times, and his patience to be able to manipulate those rotations.
