The New Orleans Pelicans are still searching for their first post All-Star Break win.
In order to get that win tonight, they will have to beat the Detroit Pistons without DeMarcus Cousins.
The NBA made the decision to uphold the technical foul on Boogie from Sunday’s game. Being his 18th technical, he will now serve a one-game suspension.
It could not have come at a tougher time, since Detroit has an animal running center in Andre Drummond.
The Pistons currently sit with a 29-31 record, good for the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference. They are winners in six of their past 10 games, including their win last night against the Portland Trail-Blazers in overtime.
