The New Orleans Pelicans are once again sitting at home watching the NBA Playoffs. The season was unofficially over months ago, as the burdens of injuries and trade demands became too much for Alvin Gentry and Jrue Holiday to overcome.
The new general manager needs to be hired soon. There is lots of work to be done, first of which is getting Jrue Holiday on board with the plan moving forward. Part of that plan involves trading Anthony Davis, and part of that plan depends on the Boston Celtics being able to make an offer.
