Slowly but surely the New Orleans Pelicans are starting to see improvements. It hasn’t shown in their record, which stands at just 1-8, but New Orleans has recently started to play much better, especially in the first half of recent games against the Toronto Raptors and Atlanta Hawks. With reinforcements hopefully coming soon in the form of players returning from injury, the Pelicans have a chance to start digging out of the early season hole they find themselves in. That could start on Sunday when the Pelicans head to New York to face an improved New York Knicks team that beat them in New York a season ago.
