Anthony Davis immediately left the game after being struck by an elbow as Tyreke Evans pursued a rebound. Holding his head in pain, a clear symptom of a concussion, Davis did not return to the court against the Houston Rockets, and he has begun the trek through the league’s concussion protocol.
