New Orleans Pelicans: Anthony Davis suffered a concussion

The New Orleans Pelicans may be without their centerpiece as he suffered a concussion after colliding with the also injured Tyreke Evans. Anthony Davis immediately left the game after being struck by an elbow as Tyreke Evans pursued a rebound. Holding his head in pain, a clear symptom of a concussion, Davis did not return to the court against the Houston Rockets, and he has begun the trek through the league’s concussion protocol.

Anthony Davis (concussion) still going through protocol. Pels will know more tomorrow.

With the Pelicans seemingly dropping like flies, Anthony Davis will need to return sooner rather than later for the Pelicans to keep up their strong play as of late.
