The New Orleans Pelicans and Anthony Davis may have taken a step back, but Davis is still playing at an elite level. In recognition of his strong play, Anthony Davis has been selected to represent the Western Conference in the All-Star Game as a reserve.

Officially, the reserves have not been announced as of the publishing of this piece, but the reserves were somehow leaked to the Atlanta Journal-Consitution. Anthony Davis’s inclusion as an All-Star was not the foregone conclusion that it seemed to many before the season started.
