The New Orleans Pelicans preseason schedule was just announced at Pelicans.com. It was just days ago that the team decided to go away for the beginning of training camp at The Greenbrier in West Virginia, where the New Orleans Saints have held their training camps the past two summers. Turns out the Pelicans will not spend much time in Louisiana this October whatsoever.
While the Pelicans are the "home team" for three different games only once, on October 23rd, will they play in New Orleans. The long delay getting home will give the Pelicans a lot of time to bond on the road away from potential distractions.
