Zion Williamson’s second season with the New Orleans Pelicans is likely over.
Williamson sustained a fractured left ring finger that will keep him out “indefinitely.” The Pelicans only have five games left until the end of the regular season and, considering that this type of injury usually keeps players out for at least five games, it is safe to assume that we will not see Williamson in a New Orleans uniform for a number of months.
The Pelicans’ franchise player had a tremendous sophomore season in the NBA.
