LAS VEGAS – Seth Curry couldn’t locate his three-point touch for much of Saturday’s game, but with the outcome in the balance, he did the prudent thing and started taking the ball to the basket. With New Orleans deadlocked midway through the fourth quarter, the younger brother of Golden State star Stephen Curry dropped in a series of layups, helping lead the Pelicans (2-0) to a second straight win.
Curry was the entire league’s leading scorer on Day 1 (30 points) and came back less than 24 hours later with a 25-point performance, including 10 in the fourth period.
