Lonzo Ball had a huge game against the Warriors, scoring 33 points while hitting 7-of-13 from 3-point range in the Pelicans’ most recent win.
I wrote that we would learn a lot about the Pelicans from this game, and one thing that we learned is they need Lonzo Ball’s 3-point shooting if they want to have a chance at the play-in tournament.
The Pelicans’ odds to make the play-in tournament are slim but there is a path for them to get there.
It will take some help from a team like the Spurs, but the Pelicans can at least put themselves in a position for a chance.
