The New Orleans Pelicans finally ended all the speculation, reports and questions surrounding the entire process. While we had an initial report when the news broke there have been some extra little notes that have come out over the last few days regarding Gentry, the interview process and more. This felt like as good a place as any to touch on and react to the most interesting ones.
The Contract:
While details of Gentry’s contract weren’t available immediately we are seeing now that the deal is for four years and $13.7 million, which is a nice price for a coach that was rumored to be a candidate in basically every open job this summer.
