Solid game for Cole. He played 21 minutes, scored 5 points on 2/5 shooting, grabbed 2 boards and dished out three assists. Most importantly, he realized the greatness that was taking place and knew to get out of the way and let Davis run wild on the league. Even the chuck-iest of chuckers know when to step to the side and stick to their role.
Who’s that? Oh yeah, my bad. Bryce Dejean-Jones, much like Cole, did nothing important tonight except get out of Anthony Davis’ way and let him murder each and every player on the Pistons’ roster.
