The 2019 NBA Draft Lottery is upon us and the New Orleans Pelicans have a chance to quickly move on from the likely soon to expire Anthony Davis era. This exciting event kicks off at 7:30 p.m. CST tomorrow on ESPN so here’s a few things you need to know before the results are announced.
- The Pelicans have a 6% chance of landing the top overall selection from their current seventh position. Since 1985, six teams who finished with the league’s seventh worst record or better have moved up to grab the first overall pick.
