A busy summer continues as the New Orleans Pelicans have signed undrafted former Dayton guard Charles Cooke to a two-way contract, according to the Dayton Daily News.
With the NBA expanding rosters from 15 to 17 for the 2017-18 season, teams are now allowed to carry a pair of two-way players. A two-way player can play up to 45 days in the NBA, but will spend most of the year in the G League.
Cooke was an excellent scorer at Dayton, averaging a team-best 15.8 points as a senior and 15.6 as a junior helping Dayton earn a pair of No.
