Durant (MCL) back for first game since Feb. 28

OAKLAND -- Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant took the hardwood against the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday night for the first time since suffering a Grade 2 MCL sprain and tibial bone bruise on Feb. 28.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr reiterated before the game that there would not be a limit on Durant's minutes.

"There aren't any minute restrictions, per se, but it'll be based on his level of conditioning and fatigue," Kerr said. "I can't imagine in his first game back, running huge minutes. So it's probably just to check in with him occasionally, see how he's feeling.
