Maybe DeMarcus Cousins should try working a few improv shows or open-mic nights on his off days over the remainder of the 2016-17 season. During his introductory press conference with the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday morning, the 6-foot-11 center/forward filled reporter notebooks with humorous one-liners and quips. Cousins was so entertaining that comedian (and King Cake Baby whisperer) Chris Trew tweeted that the blockbuster trade acquisition “slayed” his presser and appeared poised to help make his new squad “the funniest team in the league.”
