The New Orleans Pelicans have a strong trio with DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis being joined by point guard Jrue Holiday. The Pelicans need more help on the perimeter though, and a little recruiting never hurt anyone.
Cousins has taken it upon himself to recruit, and that’s good news for the Pelicans for two reasons.
First, there’s the obvious reason of bringing more talent to New Orleans. Cousins was already a big reason the Pelicans upgraded their backcourt with Rajon Rondo. New Orleans could still use some outside shooting. Having a superstar like Cousins making the case for you won’t hurt.
