NEW ORLEANS -- Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Derrick Rose will miss his fourth consecutive game with a left ankle sprain when the Cavs play the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday night, Cleveland coach Tyronn Lue said.
The Cavs will start Iman Shumpert, who sat out Friday's practice with his right knee heavily wrapped, in Rose's place in the backcourt, but point guard duties will fall once again in the hands of LeBron James.
"LeBron is at the point. Shump will guard the point guards," Lue said.
After going through a full practice Friday, Rose said, "I think I should be ready to go" against New Orleans.
