MVP: Jrue “the Jruth” Holiday
Jrue Holiday was magnificent tonight. He was like a conductor of an orchestra sliding smoothly across the court and bringing the best out of his teammates. Ryan Anderson played the trombone, and Jrue knew exactly when to set him up for a jazzy solo. Everyone else played woodwind instruments and Jrue led them along at a perfect pace and tempo. He put up 32-9-6 and proved he is this team’s 2nd best player, whether Gentry has realized it or not is another story.
LVP: Josh Smith
Bad day for J-Smoove. He had 5 points on 2/11 shooting from the floor and 0/4 shooting from deep.
