The recently amended voting process got it right folks — Anthony Davis will represent the Pelicans as a starter in the upcoming 2017 All-Star Game set to take place here in New Orleans next month!
This will mark Davis’ fourth selection to the event and his second as a starter. Two years ago, he was named a starter to the event held in New York City, but he failed to make an appearance due to a strained shoulder and was replaced by Dirk Nowitzki.
Davis will take his place on the floor in the Smoothie King Center alongside Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, James Harden and Kawhi Leonard.
