The New Orleans Pelicans have the privilege of appearing in the first game on the schedule of the Las Vegas edition of the 2017 NBA Summer League. Their opponent will be the Toronto Raptors and the game should start approximately at 5 pm central. It will air live on NBA tv.
Although recent draft pick Frank Jackson will not play, there will be plenty of other things to monitor. First, Cheick Diallo is expected to lead New Orleans and it will be interesting to watch how much his game has improved in a year’s time.
