Women’s Golf Tied for Seventh after Day One

FORT COLLINS, COLO. – The New Mexico State women's golf team completed the first of three days of competition at the Colonel Wollengerg's Ptarmigan Ram Classic on Sunday. Through the first 18 holes, the Aggies sit in a tie for seventh out of 15 teams with a team score of 294 (+6) and have three golfers in the top-20 on the individual leaderboard.

Pun Chanachai has led the charge for NM State after firing a 70 (-2) on day one to which puts the sophomore in fifth. Dominique Galloway and Tiegan Taylor each shot a one-over, 73, to tie for 18th.
