LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State golf team wrapped up the first round of the NM State Aggie Invitational, the home event played at the NMSU Golf Course, on Monday. Through 18 holes, the Aggies sit in a tie for fifth out of 16 teams after shooting a nine-over, 297.
Dominque Galloway had led the individual play for NM State and sits in a tie for third after firing a 71 (-1) on day one. Galloway shot for par on 14 of the round's 18 holes. Pun Chanachai and Kehler Koss are tied up in 31st after each golfer shot a 75 (+3) on Monday.
