LAS VEGAS – The New Mexico State women's golf team completed the first round of play at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown on Sunday. Over the first 18 holes, the Aggies shot a 289 (+1) which put the team in a tie for eighth out of 16 teams.
Dominique Galloway led the charge for NM State on day one with a score of 70 (-2) which put the Aggie in a tie for 14th. Maria Prado shot a one-under, 71, to tie for 19th.
