LAS CRUCES, N.M. – NM State men's basketball student-athlete Johnathon Wilkins and NM State softball's Karysta Donisthorpe were named Aggie Male of the Week and Aggie Female of the Week, respectively, announced Wednesday. The Aggie of the Week is presented by Subway.
Wilkins averaged 11.0 points for the week while missing only one shot in two games for the Aggies. He went 10-of-11 from the floor and 2-of-2 from the free throw line as NM State defeated Northern New Mexico and Chicago State. Wilkins also averaged 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists with a block and a steal on the week.
