TUCSON, Ariz. – Day one of the fall season is officially in the books as NM State traveled west to compete in the Wildcat Invite hosted by Arizona.
To open the day, rivals became allies as the Aggies' Henrik Lynum teamed up with New Mexico's Arthur Bellegy to defeat the Northern Arizona duo of Lance Urlaub and Morgan Donovan in a tightly contested match. The team consisting of one Aggie and one Lobo defeated the Lumberjacks by a score of 7-6 (7-5). From there, Lynum and Bellegy drew the team of Leon Roider and Pablo Gomez Galvan from Gonzaga.
