NAMPA, Idaho - History made!

The Aggies are the Western Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Champions for the first time ever. NM State blew out the field and knocked off Grand Canyon, winners of the previous six indoor conference track titles, in the process.

Freshman Essence Brown was named the WAC Indoor Track & Field Freshman of the Year, and head Coach Doug Reynold claimed WAC Indoor Track & Field Coach of the Year honors.

AGGIE CHAMPIONS
NM State competitors were crowned champions in seven events Saturday - 60m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash, 3000m race, 60m hurdles, 4x400m relay and the high jump.
