OREM, Utah – New Mexico State volleyball was defeated by Utah Valley on Saturday afternoon. The Aggies fell to the Wolverines in a five-set thriller 25-22, 17-25. 25-22, 20-25, 10-15. NM State is now 0-4 in five-set matches.
"We didn't get any offense or blocking from a few people today. We served it poorly in stretches and shot ourselves in the foot too often," head coach Mike Jordan said. "It's tough to play without two starters but it's an opportunity for others to step up. Give credit to UVU, the team made plays when they needed to.
