ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's track and field team competed in the first day of the New Mexico Classic at the ABQ Convention Center on Friday, Feb. 2.
In the 3,000m race, freshmen Jess Dominguez posted the top time for the Aggies as she finished in eighth with a new personal best (10:22.10). Julia Yescas also competed in the race, clocking in at 11:01.89 for 16th place.
Dominique Joiner was the first to finish for the Aggies in the 200m when she clocked in at 25.
