AZUSA, Calif. – The New Mexico State women's track and field took on top competition at the in California this weekend. The Aggies faced top competition at the Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific as well as the Pacific Coast Invitational and the Beach Invitational hosted by Long Beach State.
In Thursday night action, the Aggies set multiple personal bests including who ran 11:12.60 in the 3,000m steeplechase. Freshman placed fifth in her heat of the 5,000m when she clocked in at 17:03.68. also competed in the event and posted a time of 17:11.93. recorded a time of 17:29.
