LAS CRUCES, N.M. - In an announcement made Thursday by NM State women's tennis head coach Emily Wang, junior Georgia Townsend has signed on to join the Aggies for the 2021-22 season and beyond.

• After three seasons as a competitor for Pacific in the West Coast Conference (WCC), Townsend is headed to the Land of Enchantment.
• Over the course of her inaugural collegiate campaign in 2017-18, Townsend constructed a 3-3 record in singles action which included a 2-2 showing in the spring season.
