LAREDO, Texas - Freshman Aidan Thomas put together a spectacular round on the final day of the Border Olympics to give the Aggies a top ten finish in a loaded field. As a team, the Aggies jumped three spots on the final day to finish 10th with a total score of 900 (+36).
After posting a first round score of 77 (+5) and a second round score of 73 (+1), Thomas was a man on a mission in the third round, as he rattled off seven straight pars before recording birdies on two out of the next three holes to shoot a 34 (-2) on the front nine of the Laredo Country Club.
