LAREDO, Texas - Sophomore Garrison Smith and freshman Aidan Thomas led the way for the NM State men's golf team on day one of the Border Olympics at the Laredo Country Club in Laredo, Texas. Play was suspended due to darkness with the Aggies having two holes left in the second round. The conclusion of the second round will begin at 7 a.m. with the third round following immediately.
In the first round, freshman Joseph Robson led the Aggies, as he posted a 75 (+3) in his first ever round of college golf.
