PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – In a sun-soaked day in South Carolina, the NM State women's golf team hit the links for the first time in 2022-23. Danny Bowen and company look to continue their tear through the WAC after winning their seventh conference title in eight years last season.
The Aggies led the Golfweek Fall Challenge for a large portion of the day before running into a few hiccups on the back nine. As a team, NM State shot 290 (+6) in the opening round, taking a tie for sixth place into Monday.
