BRYAN, Texas - Making use of a team-best round of 72 (E) at the Traditions Golf Club Saturday afternoon, NM State men's golfer Garrison Smith moved up to 34th place during day two of The Aggie Invitational.
Smith, the lone NM State golfer in the top-50, led his squad which remained in 15th place out of 17 teams. Shaving seven strokes off of its day one score, NM State's score sits at 315-307=622 (+46).
Aidan Thomas penciled in a 74 (+2), carding a pair of birdies during day two of competition.
